Right now I’m planning to raise money to buy another apartment. And the construction of houses is not growing as fast as the population does. This is why the demand for houses is high, and it’s always going to be this way. And if the demand is high this will always make the price go up. There are no limits. Just look at the most expensive capitals in the world and you will be amazed on how much you have to pay there for a square foot. You will have to pay for that square foot enough money that you could use to buy food for you and your family for an entire year.

Also another thing that you should have in mind when you are trying to invest in the real estate market is that you should always look for opportunities that are premium. Look for premium houses. The trend of the market when it comes to premium houses is going up. And this trend will still go up, since more and more people start to earn a higher income than six figure. Right now if you check the news you will see that 18-20 years old kids are able to generate a six figure income from online websites, the world has gone mad. The demand for luxurious houses is growing, this will shift the prices to the next level.
